Is Chronic Fatique a Blight on your Life? Read On....

A client of mine, who's 50, has suffered with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for the last 3 years. She also has a niggling pain in her shoulder that never goes away.
It gets worse when she tries to lift anything. Add IBS to that, and you've got serious problems.
Her quality of life is poor, it has to be said.
Or it was.
When you can't exercise, you don't sleep properly. Many people also find it also affects their mental health.
My client was depressed and feeling that she was neglecting her family.
Fortunately, this is exactly the sort of problem I love to sort out.
On examination, I found issues with the pelvic sacrum and tension in the spinal cord.
Using craniosacral techniques, I also discovered some areas of strain.
Once we'd reset that system, we were able to make progress and help sort out her niggling aches and pains.
I still see this patient - her life is back on track: many of her CFS symptoms have been alleviated and she's now happily re-engaged in the best way with everything that brings her happiness.
